Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, or returns, once an order is placed. Our team is here before you buy to help you choose the right configuration, fabric, and delivery option so you can purchase with confidence.

If you're not fully satisfied when your order arrives, no worries—you can exchange for a different sofa before signing off on delivery/pickup.

A redelivery fee will apply, equal to your original delivery charge plus 10% of your purchase price. This covers the cost of processing your exchange and getting your new sofa delivered. You can exchange for any sofa of equal or greater value.
